107 Terrorists, 8 Soldiers Killed In Cameroon

Boko Haram terrorists are said to have clashed with Cameroonian troops leading to the deaths of eight soldiers and 107 insurgents

A clash between Cameroonian troops and Boko Haram militants has left eight soldiers and 107 of the terrorists dead, military officials have revealed.

Cameroon’s defence ministry reportedly disclosed this today, October 17, in a statement read on state radio.

Cameroon has suffered from Boko Haram attacks largely due to its expansive border with Nigeria and President Paul Biyahas promised to wipe out the sect.

This comes after the Nigerian government reached a ceasefire agreement with the sect after negotiations in Saudi Arabia to broker peace and the release of the over 200 abducted Chibok girls.
