Latest reports claim Leonardo DiCaprio, 40, could be engaged to new girlfriend and 'Sports Illustrated' supermodel, Kelly Rohrbach, 25, after he reportedly popped the question in an unplanned proposal.

Looks like one of Hollywood's most notorious bachelors is finally ready to settle down!

Latest reports claim Leonardo DiCaprio 40, could be engaged to new girlfriend and 'Sports Illustrated' supermodel, Kelly Rohrbach, 25, after he reportedly popped the question in an unplanned proposal.

Sources close to the couple claim things are going so well for the pair that the 'Titanic' star alleged gave his girl a ring while they were out to dinner last month [September].

However, a source tells HollywoodLife that the engagement rumors are "total bullsh*t" citing the fact that Leo has been the subject to reports like this on so many occasions. "It's nothing new," says the source.

But another insider who spoke with OK! Magazine insists, "It wasn’t planned… the rumored proposal took place at an Italian restaurant in New York City on Sept. 26…. It just happened. They were enjoying a bottle of red wine and engrossed in conversation as usual — it’s pretty obvious that they're in love from the way they’re always touching each other and smiling. And then Leo paused and looked at her, and said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Kelly was shocked, but Leo convinced her that he meant it, and she agreed, with a big kiss.”
