Movie director turns to campaign group for custody advice

A source revealed that Rocco prefers his father's style of parenting, as opposed to his mother's.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie

Guy Ritchie has sought the help of campaign group 'Fathers4Justice' for advice on his custody fight with Madonna over their son Rocco, 15.

Earlier this month, the movie director and Madonna attended a right to custody meeting in a US court over who should have the sole responsibility over their son.

Ritchie's representatives contacted the group for a ‘jargon-free rundown’ of a father’s parental rights.

Matt O’Connor, the founder of the group, said "Millions of fathers will understand the pain Madonna is going through after being separated from her son, Rocco."

"It is rare for a mother to experience this kind of loss. However, there is no justification for publicly denigrating Rocco’s dad."

During his last meeting at the court, he was advised to explore an amicable settlement with his ex-wife, Madonna, in their child custody battle.
