Judge scolds pair over child custody battle

The court has insisted that it would not force Rocco to move back to the US with his mother, who he seems to prefer less due to her strict parenting style, but maintains that the parents find a lasting solution to their issue

He said this in consideration of the 15-year-old boy's wellbeing and the instability that might ensue while his parents are engaged in a battle over who should have.

The judge said that if the two are not able to come up with a solution, the court would be forced to intervene, a factor that is not likely to favour the two.

Court interventions in such cases are known to be firm and often favours the child who is seen as the victim in the battle for control.

According to TMZ, Rocco's attorney said the uncertainty of the situation is having a negative effect on Rocco, but the judge says the real problem is the "inability of the parents to come up with a solution."
