43 drivers have been arrested and convicted along Kaduna-Abuja Expressway.
According to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), these arrests were done during its special Zero Accident Patrol on the Kaduna-Abuja Expressway.

Their violations included driving without valid drivers’ licence, seat belts, number plate violation, overloading, driving with worn-out and expired tyres.
Mrs Mary Wakawa, the Assistant Corps Marshal in charge of Federal Operations, FRSC Headquarters, called the four-day special patrol a success.
"So far, the operation was a success and we want to sustain it, but the media must support us in this campaign so that road users will see reason to behave themselves while on the wheel,’’ she said.
