FRSC boss says enforcement will reduce road crashes
The Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Boboye Oyeyemi, believes the enforcement of speed limiting devices will reduce road crashes.
The court, presided by Justice Chukwu, judged in favour of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).
Speaking at at a press briefing in Lagos, the FRSC boss,

"I've never spoken about prices and marketing since the speed limiting device campaign started. We’re not involved in that. Ours is the enforcement of the device. We’re only concerned about what can bring down road crashes,” he said.
