Lagos Mobile Court tries 2 traffic offenders
These pictures show traffic offenders arraigned before the newly launched Lagos Mobile Court.
Reports say these pictures were taken yesterday, February 16th.
Two different traffic violators can be seen standing before witnesses, Policemen, more.
Since it's inauguration, 52 violators have been arrested, with 41 convicted for traffic offences.
