Agency advises motorists to shun sugary foods before driving
The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) is warning motorists of the implications of eating sugary foods before driving.
According to the agency, eating or drinking sugar things leads to tiredness, which could cause the driver to sleep while driving, thereby leading to fatal accidents.
''Drivers may get a burst of energy from sugar and can quickly get tired while on the steering.''
