"If you park illegally, I will impound your vehicle and you will pay to get it back"

The Governor of Ekiti State has threatened people with the above threat.

Ayo Fayose

According to a This Day report, the Governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, has issued a threat to offenders who park illegally.

At the Ekiti State Education Summit held at the Abiodun Adetiloye Hall of the Trade Fair Complex, Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, Governor Fayose said, "If you park illegally, I will impound your vehicle and you will pay to get it back."

It is understandable that he would feel this way as illegal parking is sometimes the cause of traffic, and accidents.

Just in case, the people of Ekiti state refuse to park properly, we recommend the method seen in the video below for them.
