Facebook has added two new features to its Messenger chat service.
Messenger adds new Dropbox, video chat features
All you need to do is hit the "More" button in a conversation as if you wanted to add a Bitmoji, you should find Dropbox there and you will be able to go through your files and directories.
The first takes the platform one step closer to just emailing someone: you can now use files from your Dropbox account directly into conversations.
All you need to do is hit the "More" button in a conversation as if you wanted to add a Bitmoji, you should find Dropbox there and you will be able to go through your files and directories.
Photos and videos appear instantly in your chats, while others will acts as links to the Dropbox app - or a web location, just like if you had shared it from your desktop.
Aside from the Dropbox integration, video chat now has the option of switching to a persistent “Chat Head” interface rather than full screen.
On Android, that means you will have a video chat screen floating on-screen on your phone but iOS users will have to remain in the app, unfortunately.
Both features should be available in a few days, so keep your eyes peeled for updates.
