Chelsea doctor, Eva Carneiro has quit the club following his row with Jose Mourinho in the season's opening day 2-2 draw against Swansea.
Mourinho fumed at the Carneiro and another doctor Fearn for going on to the pitch to attend to Eden Hazard without knowing the extent of his injury.
After the incident, Carneiro had her role in the club change and was no longer allowed to work Chelsea's games.
According to reports, Carneiro has now quit the club and is set to take Chelsea to court.
Daily Mail reports that Carneiro was supposed to resume at Chelsea's training ground Cobham for the first time since the August 8 incident but did not show up.
The doctor the reports say is now consulting top lawyers with her case.
The Chelsea manager was accused of saying ‘filha da puta’ to Carneiro but he has denied it saying he said ‘filho da puta’ -which mean ‘son of a bitch’-instead.
The complainant provided video footage and with the held of a a ‘native Portuguese speaker’ alleged that Mourinho has directed the feminine version of the insult at Gibraltar-born Carneiro.
According to Daily Mail, the complainant has called for the FA to investigate what it regards as a clear breach of FA regulations.
Under the FA rule E3, players and coaches can be punished for using ‘offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures’.
An aggravated breach, in this case possibly with reference to gender, a five-match ban is the minimum sanction.
