This is because, the ISIS senior administrator in charge of the Euphrates province, which consists of territories in Anbar in Iraq to Dier ez Zour in Syria, has issued a dikat-a law, banning the breeding of pigeons in the area.

Sources say earlier this year, three young boys were executed and others arrested for breeding pigeons. The reason being that it did not allow them totally worship Allah.

The pigeon breeders have been given one week to comply with the dikat-law, or face public flogging.
