A man who asked his daughter out to a dance has gained lots of attention online after his Facebook post went viral.

Single dad, Jason Garmon shared a beautiful Facebook Post about how he asked his daughter, Skylar to go with him to an upcoming father-daughter dance, with the help of her little brother - Grayson.

Garmon's surprise included a bouquet of flowers, a pitcher of iced tea and a sign that posed the question, "Will you go to the daddy-daughter dance with me?"

"Just because I'm her Dad doesn't mean I'm going to assume she'll go with me, it's important to make an effort and show your loved ones how much you care," the dad from Virginia wrote.

Garmon's Facebook post has gotten lots of praises after being shared over 45,000 times.

This has got to be the sweetest Daddy/Daughter moment I've seen!", one Facebook user wrote. "Wow. I just cried," another said.
