Taylor Swift has just bought the Samuel Goldwyn estate in Beverly Hills.

Taylor Swift is very popular for her music.

What most people do not know is that she is into real estate.

Over the years, the "Bad Blood" singer has bought, sold and profited on real estate from Nashville, Beverly Hills, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Manhattan.

Now, she has acquired late film producer, Samuel Goldwyn's estate in Beverly Hills.

Sold for $25 million(N4.9billion), it is located behind the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Taylor's latest acquisition has seven bedrooms, ten baths, formal rooms, French doors, terraces, garden, a library-screening room, a guest suite, a card room, a gym and a private guest apartment above the garage, a veranda that overlooks the city lights, an outdoor swimming pool, pool house with kitchenette and sunken tennis courts.
