Our readers were asked if the introduction of the Internet to the Nigerian real estate sector has made it better or worse.

75% voted in favour of the Internet being of great help to the real estate sector, while 25% disagreed.

Personally, i think the Internet has certainly helped to take our real estate sector to greater height.

We asked them if they thought the real estate sector was worth investing in.

This was done after Gerhard Zeelie, Standard Bank’s head of real estate finance for the rest of Africa, revealed that foreign investors are show growing interest in real estate.
