MD of real estate firm urges Nigerians in diaspora to invest
The Managing Director of Livelihood Homes Limited, Mr Kelly Nwogu, has some real estate advice for Nigerians in diaspora.
According to him, Nigerians, living abroad, need to invest in their personal homes, pending their return.
Nwogu urged them to avoid the usual concerns, by working with registered real estate firms, such as his company.
“So many people have been duped by their friends, relatives and quacks in the process of trying to help them purchase properties.
A number of others have also been frustrated by cumbersome processing of necessary title documents on landed property while on short visit to the country, hence, not a few of them want to buy properties anymore in Nigeria,” he said.
