Kunle Fashogbon, the Director of Facilities and Property Management of Uraga Real Estate, the managers of the estate, has spoke on what to expect from the project, located "just 15 minutes from the Abuja City Centre."

Services and facilities within the project include a club house with multi-purpose hall/gymnasium/swimming pool/Squash court, round the clock facility management and maintenance, 24/7 security patrol/access control /CCTV camera surveillance, common electricity with centralised backup power supply of 500 KVA generator/dedicated transformer/ 500 KVA standby generator.
It's been a very interesting journey and finally we are at the point where we can showcase this development to the world that it is fully finished and ready for occupation."
