Singer lists her mansion for $8.9m [PHOTO]

Britney Spears' five-bedroom mansion has been put on the market. The 34-year-old is asking for $8.9m.

Britney Spears is selling this five-bedroom mansion for $8.9M

According to Variety, the asking price is $8.9m, this leaves a cool $2.1m profit for the singer.

Features include a swimming pool, a games/media room, and 180-degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains.

This Mediterranean property was built in 2010.

Spears' previous properties include stunning homes in West Hollywood, Malibu, and Beverly Hills.

Her most recent real estate acquisition is a 13,000-square-foot villa, worth  $7.4m.

This new place is a gated hilltop home with a garden, orchard, tennis court, 3,500-bottle wine cellar, more.
