The governor of Cross River state, Ben Ayade, is set to construct a $10 Billion project.
Speaking to reporters at the Margaret Ekpo International Airport, last week, he revealed that the state is working with the Henan Provincial Government on this real estate project.
Nigeriarealestatehub reports that the project, a new China City in Cross River, has 100 investors from Henan.
These investors will build companies in the state, and work on various key projects, ranging from huge agricultural investments, renewable energy, the garment factory, to hydro power projects.
