According to numerous sources, 50 Cent's mansion has been sold for $8 million, which is $10.5 million less than the original listing price.
Since then, the price has been reduced to no success, until now.
According to the website, the new buyer may turn the property into an assisted living facility.

Features of the 50k square foot home 52 rooms, 9 kitchens, an outdoor infinity pool and grotto, indoor pool, helicopter pad, casino, nightclub, basketball courts and pond.
All of this cost about $70k per month to maintain.
This mansion was previously owned by boxer, Mike Tyson.
