Sani made this known when he spoke through his Senior Legislative Assistant and Director General of his campaign organisation, Alhaji Rabiu Khalid at a press conference in Kaduna.
Khalid stressed that if the state chapter of the party fails to retrace its step on the plan to suspend him as a member, Sani would be forced to institute an action at the court.
It was also gathered that rancour between Sani and the party kicked off after a faction of the party had invited him to appear before a disciplinary committee within seven days over what was termed his “anti party stand.”
Khalid also alleged that the activities of the Senator, which are tagged anti-party, is as a result of his outburst on some of the lapses of the state governor, Gov. Nasir el-Rufai.
Khalid added: “What they call anti-party are his criticism of the government’s anti-people policies and programmes, which is obvious to everyone in the state.
'From now till 2019, Sani will continue to challenge any of Governor Nasir el-Rufai’s policy suspected or adjudged to be anti-masses.'
'This is out of fear of his overwhelming popularity and performances,' Khalid accused the state governor.
