A Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has reportedly nullified the election of a Federal House of Assembly member, Rt. Hon Abdullahi Bello.

Bello's sack follows an appeal filed against him by Hon. Tijani Damisa.

The court ruled that a fresh election should be conducted in Okene/Ogori-Magongo Federal constituency within 90 days, and barred Bello from participating in the rerun poll.
