Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has criticized President Muhammadu Buhari over his trip to Paris.

Buhari is in Paris to attend the Conference of Parties 21 (COP21) on climate change along with 150 other world leaders.

“A leader facing crisis must think before visiting a country whose leader will never visit your country when his own country faces a crisis,” Murray-Bruce said via Twitter on Sunday, November 29, 2015.

Buhari had earlier also visited Malta to attend the 2015 Commonwealth Heads of Government summit.
