Lagos Governor appoints SSG, Chief of Staff, Chief Press Sec.

He appointed Fashola's former Environment Commissioner, Tunji Bello as Secretary to the State Government.

 

Few hours after his swearing-in as the Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode has appointed key officials of his government

According to a statement released on Friday, May 29, he named Fashola's former Environment Commissioner, Tunji Bello as Secretary to the State Government, and Samuel Ojo as the Chief of Staff.

He appointed Abiodun Bamgboye as the Principal Private Secretary, and named Habib Aruna as the Chief Press Secretary.

The statement said their appointments will take effect immediately.

Ojo was the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Chief of Staff.

Aruna is a former Editor of Sunday Independent, from where he resigned in November 2014.
