Obiwon - 'Floodgates (The new overflow)'

The release of new single today is the first taste of Obiora Obiwon’s 10th anniversary projects, which will include an anniversary album aptly entitled 'Floodgates: The Beginning Of The New Overflow'.

Gospel singer Obiwon clock 38 years old today (June 10), and he is commemorating his big day with a new single.

'Floodgates (The New Overflow)' is the new single, and it marks the beginning of a new season for him. It also officially begins to commemorates his 10 years anniversary in the music industry.

Obiwon says “They say it’s my 38th birthday today, but it’s You My Lord I celebrate. Thank You for giving me You. Thank You for giving me the abundant and eternal life, joy, peace and fulfillment…”

On the full album scheduled for a November release, Obiwon further mines his musical romance with long-time production collaborator Phat-E, credited for past Obiwon hits including 'Hail My King', 'Obi Mu O' and the bulk of work on his last two albums.
