Star Boy Says Next Single Is With Chris Brown

Wizkid to feature Chris Brown on the first single from his third album

Nigerian pop star Wizkid who has just dropped his second album 'Ayo (Joy)' is already gearing up for the release of his next solo effort. The scope of his third album will have a global feel as he plans on featuring international pop act Chris Brown on the lead single off the project.

In an interview on Capital One Radio with DJ Abrantee in the United Kingdom, Wizkid said Chris Brown will be featured on the first single from his next album. "It’s actually a new song called ‘African Bad Girl’, and we are actually working on another one and it’s actually going to be the first single off the next album, we are just trying to shoot a video for it..." he said. He further revealed that he will be shooting a video to the remix 'Show You The Money' featuring Tyga.

During the interview, Wizkid spoke about his friendship with Chris Brown. "He came for a show in Lagos and he brought me out on stage as a surprise, we did the same thing in Ghana and we’ve just been friends since then, he’s been showing me love, when I went back to Los Angeles, he jumped on one of my tracks."

Ayo (Joy) is Wizkid's last album on EME. His record contract with the Banky W led label will be terminated in December.
