A Tale Of Tiwa Savage's Crotch

In the year 2010, a honey-voiced, audacious female burst unto the Nigerian music scene. With her rhythmic hit single, ''Kele Kele Love", Tiwa Savage had us all bobbing our heads and wondering who the new kid on the block was. But we weren't left to wonder for long, Tiwa was relentless as she followed up with "Love me(3x)" as well a string of guest appearances on other tracks (Flavour's "Oyi" remix anyone?).

But in December 2011, Tiwa Savage managed to do the impossible, she got Don Jazzy to feature on her track - "Without My Heart". Expectedly, the track went on to rule the airwaves and earn her even more nominations (including a Channel O Music Video Award) following the success of "Kele Kele Love". Just like that, a star was born and the world was finally paying attention.

Since then, Tiwa has gone on to make even more beautiful songs, become the Mavin Records First Lady, win several awards, land a few juicy endorsements, capture the heart of virtually every Nigerian - and become Mrs Tunji Balogun. Her market has really been selling as we would say in these parts, however it would appear that the more successful the former Miss Savage gets, the more distasteful she gets.

We've never doubted the fact that Tiwa is one sexy lady but in recent times, it would appear that Tiwa seems intent on stuffing this fact down our throats. From her music videos to her stage performances, Tiwa seems to be on a failing mission to assert her authority as the sexiest female in the game. Nothing illustrates this better than her most recent video "Wanted". With her overtly suggestive hip thrusts and constantly darting tongue a la Miley Cyrus, Tiwa manages to make a mess of what could have otherwise been a brilliant video.

While the video scores points for concept and cinematography, the execution leaves a lot to be desired, particularly with Tiwa's movements. Sexy is seamless and effortless and we daresay that with her crude and tacky moves, Tiwa did not leave us "wanting" at all.
