1. The mysterious man in the iron mask and Zoom’s prisoner was revealed to be the real, Earth-3 version of Jay Garrick, played by John Wesley Shipp (Barry's Father - Henry).

2. Zoom challenged Barry to a race, threatening to kill Joe if he declined, but help power a weapon that would destroy the multiverse if he accepts.

Barry races against him, and somehow came up with a plan that helped him get Zoom out of the picture, without killing him.

3. Wally finally found out about Barry.

4. Iris is finally ready for a relationship, unfortunately, Barry thinks he is lost and needs to fix himself. Iris promises to wait for him, and the two share the long-over due kiss.

5. Finally, the shocking twist came when Barry actually ran back in time to the night of his mother's death, and decided to save her - erasing the whole timeline.
