Played by Andrew Scott, he is evil, a psychopath an abstract thinker and a genius with the perfect sense of humor.

With mannerisms expressing an obvious psychotic edge to his character, Jim can be called the greatest criminal mastermind the TV series and literature world has ever known.

He went on to bring in a twist to the series. The nemesis of Sherlock Holmes at the Reichenbach Falls, his own way of winning against Sherlock, was committing suicide.

Played by Lena Headey, Cersei Lannister pulls the strings, does unbelievable things like fathering three children with her twin brother, but, she's one person who will  protect herself and her family above all else...

A calculating and ruthless political operator, undefinedCersei confessing her incestuous affair to the High Sparrow, and walking naked in public to atone for her sins.

Played by Joe Morton, he is everything rolled into one. The Villain when he is in his ‘take no prisoners’ mood, and a hero when he gets into his “little girl” speeches.

What do viewers love about him? The fact that he is always intelligently a step ahead of everyone, or that he claims to know the value of family and loves his 'little girl' Olivia in his own twisted way?

One just can’t help but love his evil side when he is locking people up in holes, and his good side when he is protecting his daughter, Olivia Pope.

Somehow, he did a perfect job of being the scary and compelling villain you just want to love.

And when he wasn't busy harassing Elena and her friends, feeding Stefan with blood bags or going on killing spree, he was busy betraying his own family, and having viewers loving him.

His relationship with Caroline, who was his Achilles heel, gave him that humane side that viewers loved much more than his killing spree tactics.

Played by Tika Sumpter, she is the arrogant, saucy and manipulative blackmailing side chick of Jim Cryer.

Candace has been many things, from a prostitute to a mistress, down to a professional blackmailer, but, there is just something about a clever woman who says whatever she wants and gets whatever she wants.

The 'Revenge'  series ended with Victoria Grayson being shot by her one-time love, David Clarke.

The list can’t just be complete without him. Popular for his blunt, controversial criticisms and insults, Simon delivers half of the comical scenes of the show.

Cowell was once nominated for Favorite Villain at the 2013 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, which he won.

With punch lines like "If you had lived 2,000 years ago and sung like that, I think they would have stoned you.", Simon is definitely a classic villain.

Ruthless and calculated as they come, Gus Fring played by Giancarlo Esposito, is one of those villains that just can't forgotten in the history of TV shows.

From calmly slicing someone’s throat to , Gus had that unbelievably confident and smart way of proving how dangerous he was.

From his sarcastic remarks to his smoldering smirk, Damon is that bad villain who cares about people he loves.

You take love away from Damon Salvatore and he becomes an insatiable beast with a thirst for blood and vengeance.

And don't we all love how his love for Elena makes one forget all the protagonists he ever snapped off their heads.

It takes a lot of skill to be Petyr Baelish played by Aidan Murphy, who used a mixture of calculation and  intelligence to become one of the most powerful men in Westeros.

Call him the master manipulator, supreme backstabber and devious puppet-master, Petyr Baelish (Littlefinger) is without doubt the king of all villains.

Unlike other of his peers, 'Little Finger' rose from his low birth to prominence as the realm's Master of Coin.

We definitely cannot make a list of all his atrocities, but we could try not to forget that he manipulated Lysa Arryn into murdering her husband. He led to the 'war of Five kings' by convincing Lysa to write a letter to Catelyn claiming the Lannisters were behind Jon's death. And he pushed Lysa off a mountain.

Just like some villains, Baelish appears to have a softer side, one that was hinted via his complex relationship with the young Sansa Stark.

He is creepy and manipulative, but you just have to love his smartness at playing 'the game of thrones.'
