Titled "The Red Woman," the premiere episode featured some important details about Jon Snow's fate, Cersei seeing her daughter again and a huge Melisandre reveal.

Check out eight things that happened on episode. Here we go;

1. The episode came to an end with Melisandre, in the privacy of her quarters, removing her magical necklace to reveal her true form as an ancient crone.

2. Jon Snow is still dead. Even the Red Woman, whom everyone thinks will resurrect Snow, could only stand there dumbfounded. “I saw him in the flames fighting at Winterfell,” she said.

3. Ellaria Sand and the Sand Snakes overthrew Prince Doran, killing both Doran and Areo Hotah.

4. Theon tried to divert the hellhounds from finding Sansa. His plan fails when the duo are saved by Brienne and Pod.Sansa accepted Brienne’s vow of loyalty and also affirmed hers.

5. Arya is still blind and getting by as a beggar in the streets of Braavos.

6. Even the mean Ramsey Bolton has a heart’. He mourned Myranda, before tossing her to death.

7. Cersei learnt of the death of her daughter Myrcella. "I don’t know where she came from. She was nothing like me," she said.
