After a long wait, the 'Deadpool' trailer is here with lots of comedy.

The first official trailer for the much-awaited Marvel movie Deadpool is here.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, 'Deadpool' tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

The anticipated movie stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano and Brianna Hildebrand.

Directed by Tim Miller, the upcoming film is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, and is scheduled for a February 12, 2016 release.

'Deadpool' is a spinoff from the in which Deadpool made a cameo appearance.
