undefined were announced at a press briefing that held in Protea Hotel, Ikeja GRA on Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Iretiola Doyle, Omoni Oboli, Dakore Akande and Nse Ikpe-Etim are jointly nominated for the Best Female Lead Act.

Also nominated in the above mentioned category are Zina Ojei, Adesua Etomi and Fulu Mogoveni.

The 2015 edition of AMAA held on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
The event was attended by top actors like Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Eniola Badmus, Robert Peters, Queen Nwokoye, Kunle Afolayan, Chioma Chukwuka among others.
