Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Attahiru Jega has officially handed over leadership of the commission.
Jega handed over to National Commissioner, Muhammad Wali on Tuesday, June 30, 2015.
The outgoing INEC Chairman was appointed by former President, Goodluck Jonathan in 2010.
