Ondo APC governorship aspirant abducted by fake soldiers

Ondo State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant, Victor Olabimtan was kidnapped today, January 11, 2016, on his way to Abuja from Akure.

According to reports, Ondo State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant, Victor Olabimtan has been abducted in Abuja.

Olabimtan was kidnapped today, January 11, 2016, on his way to Abuja from Akure.

This was disclosed by the Secretary of the Olabimtan Campaign Organization, Gboyega Ajayi.

According to Ajay i, the governorship aspirant was abducted at a military checkpoint in Kwali by fake soldiers.

The incident comes about two days after Olabimtan declared his intention to contest the Ondo 2016 elections on the APC’s platform.

The police are said to be trailing the kidnappers.
