The group accused Anyim of acquired shares in the project by proxy, an action which is against the civil service rules.
The group’s President-General, Cosmas Elechi said, via a petition, that Centenary City Plc is partly owned by Company First Limited which is represented by one Esther Onoji and Basic Start Limited, represented by one Jennifer Onah, whom he described as Anyim’s aides, The Cable reports.
“The scheme of declaring the Centenary City as a Free Trade Zone is to give waiver to the owner which has been robbing Nigerian government of revenue,” Elechi wrote.
Elechi also alleged that none of the other directors of Centenary City had a single share under their names while adding that Anyim acquired property in Abuja against public service rules and hence should be probed.
