Following the multiple bomb blast that rocked the Federal Capital Territory, on October 2, 2015 at about 10pm, Nigerians have started reacting to an alleged doomsayer, who was simply identified as Chima Okoro.

It was alleged that Okoro had predicted the bomb blast on October 1, 2015, on Twitter via his account @chimaokoro63, shortly after joining the micro-blogging social medium.

However, President Buhari is worried about the blast and according to his media aide, Femi Adesina, 'the president is distressed about the bomb blast in Abuja.'

Adesina made this disclosure in his tweet following the blast on Saturday, October 3, 2015.
Meanwhile, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Solomon E. Arase, has assured residents and the entire country not to panic as the Nigeria Police Force is prepared to do all within its reach to ensure adequate security of lives and property.
IGP Arase further said that those that did these dastardly acts, did so in shame of cowardice, saying no matter their aim, Nigeria will not accommodate terrorists’ acts.
