She shared a retouched photo of both of them on her Instagram page and this was realized after Ramsey posted his own version of the photo where Kris looked 'older than usual'.
The reality star/momager obviously altered her fine lines/wrinkles for a smoother and glowing skin, (someone wants to stay young at all cost) Oh well, next time, Kris you should make sure you both have the same (retouched/photo shopped) photo!
