Aston Kutcher & Demi Moore Finalize Their Divorce!

After six years of marriage and one year of separation, Aston Kutcher,35 and Demi Moore, 51 are now officially single again.

Actor/comic Ashton Kutcher and ex wife Demi Moore are finally divorced. The couple who married September 2005 has been separated since late 2011 have used more than one year to make their separation official.

Ashton, 35 and Demi, 51, are now legally single meaning Aston could now propose to his girlfriend of one year, Mila Kunis without worrying about Demi or her lawyers disrupting his wedding.

According to E!News, “the last papers were signed by Kutcher on November 14 and Demi Moore on November 6 before being submitted to a court in Los Angeles recently”.

From the legal documents obtained by E-Online earlier this week, the parties entered into a written agreement regarding their property and neither party will receive alimony. Both are expected to enjoy their holiday season without having to stress about their divorce.

The actor and his co-star of That ’70 Show, Kunis, have been dating since April 2012 and recently sparked engagement rumors when she stepped out in Los Angeles around September with something that looked like a ring on her finger. Maybe the truth will finally be out now that her boyfriend is free to marry someone else.

Meanwhile, Demi has been hooked to restaurant owner, Harry Morton, 31, but there are no news as to whether they will be getting married any time soon.
