Nursing Mother Pours Hot Peppered Water On Husband

A wicked nursing mother has been remanded in prison for pouring hot peppered water on her husband.

A wicked nursing mother has been remanded in prison custody at the Benin Prison for pouring hot water mixed with pepper on her husband over a disagreement the couple had over house keeping money.

The woman who is a mother of three, Mrs Obiaka Friday, according to reports, has been in the habit of fighting with her husband anytime he fails to provide money for food in the house and on the morning of the incidence, she had insisted that her husband brings money for food but he had told her that he had no money on him, promising to bring back some money when he came back from his outing.

But the woman refused and a fight ensued which led to her pouring the hot water on her husband who is said to be lying critically ill in the hospital.

Mrs Obiaka Friday, was therefore dragged to the Oredo Magistrates' Court sitting in Benin, the Edo State capital, where she was charged with a one-count offence, before she was remanded in prison custody after pleading not guilty.

She was said to have committed the offence on Nov. 8, 2014, at First Ihogbe St., Institute of Continuing Education Road, Benin City.
