Donald Sterling's Ex Girlfriend V. Stivinio Under Investigation For Fraud!
The same woman who leaked his racism recording is now extorting money from the racist bastard for the same tape? Damn it!
V. Stivinio is been criminally investigated for allegedly extorting Sterling by demanding money in return for keeping more audio recordings secret, according to TMZ Sports.A senior investigator for the L.A. County D.A.'s Bureau of Investigation contactedTV host, Shelly Sterling Tuesday asking for an interview in connection with the extortion investigation. Meanwhile, her old Donald Sterling granted an interview just last week confessing to a magazine, "I wish I had just paid her off."More reports claim Stivinio is sure of having 100 plus hours of recordings of conversations between her and Sterling which could probably be laked soon if Sterling doesn't stop her – we're just saying!But according to Stivinio's people, Sterling called her after the audio was unleashed allegedly asking her, "How can we make this go away?" We have since learned it was NOT Sterling who initiated the call - it was Stiviano buy for what reason!
Well, the current investigation would be targeted on whether Stivinio illegally recorded Sterling or Sterling asked her to often time record his conversation so to preserve vital information to help him not to forget – at least that's what she claims.And we've learned the investigation is also focusing on whether Stivinio illegally recorded Sterling ... recording private conversations without the consent of all parties is a crime in California.By the way, did we inform you guys that Donald Sterling is rallying up lawyers to sue the NBA for kicking him out and fining him of 2.5 million Dollars? We are still wondering why is he suing after admitting he said all those nasty things about “Black People”?
