Pulse Nigeria Poll voters believe payment of N5,000 to the unemployed by the FG is a welcome idea.
The proposal on its own, would be a welcome idea but its implementation, according to Nigerians, would surely pose problems to the government as it could be hijacked by politicians and the money ending up in their hands, thereby shortchanging those the money was meant for.
Others are of the view that the money is either too small or will make those being paid to be lazy and abuse the priviledge.
On Pulse Nigeria poll, we put up the poser:
66 percent of voters are however happy with the government's initiative and believe if carefully planned and implemented, the scheme will be a success while 34 percent think it will not work.
How Nigeria voted:
66% - Yes, it is a very good step to take
34% - No, it will not work
