In the pictures shared on Facebook by a man named Jake Chukwu, the two officers are seen beating the driver with their batons. Chukwu further narrated that as the driver was approaching a police check point, the officers waved for him to stop but apparently not wanting to stop in the middle of the road, the man tried to maneuver to the side of the road.

But thinking the man wanted to run run away, one of the officers jumped on the vehicle's bonnet and the driver drove off with him on it.
