Do You Consider Beating Of Kids Correction Or Child Abuse?

A few days ago, an aggrieved parent complained about a school teacher that slapped 4-year-old child because the little girl did not get her sums right. So bad was the slap that the little girl in nursery two had the teacher's fingers marks on her face.
