Another truck driver's recklessness has caused a devastating accident.

The menace of truck and tanker drivers on Nigerian roads has continued to claim lives and properties every other day.

Just some few weeks ago, 11 students of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, perished when the vehicle they traveled in had a head on collision with a truck around Sagamu area of the state and some days ago, a man traveling with his entire family lost his life alongside his wife and first child in similar circumstances.

Just this morning, another of such accident occurred in a border town between Lagos and Ogun States involving a truck and a pick up van.

According to witnesses, the driver of the truck lost control and fell on the van.

Though it could not be ascertained if any life was lost, it is the prayer of all that these kinds of accidents could be avoided.
