How Rich Sugar Mummy Was Killed By Boyfriend Who Escaped With Property

This news is not palatable at all but it will sure send a message to desperate women who trusts any man that comes their way with the promise of marriage.

The Lagos State Police Command is on the heels of a young man who strangled to death, his rich lover, a big girl identified simply as Lizzy, and made away with over N4 million naira, ATM cards, jewelries, a range Rover Sports jeep and other documents.

According to those who knew her, Lizzy was a very wealthy international business woman with strings of businesses and landed properties in many parts of Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Enugu, but one thing eluded her: true love.

The Anambra State, Nigeria, born Lizzy who was said to be 39 years of age, lived in her own apartment at the Odusanya Oduguwa Crescent, Green Estate, Amuwo Odofin Area of Lagos State, with the man who had promised to marry her.

But the bubble burst when she took him to the bank and withdrew the sum of N4 million naira which she wanted to use to travel to the United States of America for a business transaction, only to be killed by the man in the night.

She was said to have been married before with four kids but left her husband when she found out that she had put their housemaid in the family way. After the separation from her husband, she was said to have dated many men with a desperation to get married but they all ended up duping her of her money and body.

A source in the know told the Punch Newspaper:

She was into networking and owned houses in different parts of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria. She was an international businesswoman and travelled round the world.

She had said she would be travelling to the US this week and had gone to the bank with her boyfriend to withdraw N4m. When they both got to her house, the man tied her hands and strangled her. He took the money and went away in the car.

She was initially married and even had four children. We learnt that her husband impregnated their maid and she said she could not live with the shame.

She separated from the man. Since then, she had had several boyfriends who promised her marriage but only duped her. She even had one of them arrested. The case is still with the police.

This last one that killed her, they had been dating for three months. The woman fell into this because she always opened up to those close to her.

The Lagos Police Command however said they are on top of the situation and would surely grab the man who has fled to a neighbouring country.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide confirmed this:

Yes, the incident happened. She was murdered in her house on Saturday morning and investigations have begun to unravel the cause of her death.

The boy is on the run. He ran to Ghana with the woman’s Range Rover Sport and money. But he has no hiding place under the law. He will be arrested. You can’t kill a human being without expecting retribution.
