With all the new measures the Lagos state government has put in place to avoid a repeat of the deaths that took place at Ojuelegba a few months back, after a container being carried on a trailer fell off the bridge, taking lives, seem to be null and void.
Trailer crushes vehicle in accident
A trailer carrying a container reportedly fell on a car at the Odun-Ade bus stop along the Badagry expressway this afternoon.
Fortunately, no casualties were recorded, as the vehicle was stationary and unoccupied at the time of the incident.
At least, 4 other accidents involving trailers with heavy duty load with vehicles being crushed, have occurred since the Ojuelegba incident.
