James Franco Is Not A Movie Thief, He'll Bury The Real One!
James Franco is being accused of stealing the idea of his new film, "Bukowski", from a man’s brain – alone! And now, the famous actor is going after that man to get things straight!Franco's new short movie which is about to be released ... it's about Charles Bukowski, a famous fiction writer who died the same year O.J. Simpson killed his wife, Nicole.Well, at this point a certain Cyril Humphris, who allegedly owns the rights to Bukowski's autobiography, says back in 2009 he gave Franco the right to create a screenplay based on the book, but the option expired a year later.Adding that Franco's movie is clearly based on that same autobiography ... in other words, he ripped Cyril off!!!However, in new legal docs Franco says Cyril is full of crap. Adding that he was inspired by Bukowski's writings and independently came up with the idea for the movie.Franco's legal rep is now asking a judge to toss the lawsuit off the courtroom. But should the judge really do that?
