Rick Ross just won the best boss ever trophy because when the rapper's album hit number one on the charts last week, he bought each of his closest boys an insanely expensive watch to celebrate ... err ... it was more than one watch!According to TMZ, Ross hit up jeweler Rafaello & Co in New York City last week and tabled a mouth-dropping $250,000 on six watches for a few of the artists who appeared on his album "Mastermind."
