Abducted teen delivered of baby girl

The 14-year-old girl whose abduction and conversion to Islam back in August 2015 had caused a stir in the country, was five months pregnant when she was rescued earlier this year.

The 14-year-old girl whose abduction and conversion to Islam back in August of 2015 had caused a stir in the country, had been five months pregnant at the time of her rescue earlier this year.

Vanguard reports that Ese was delivered of her baby this morning at an undisclosed government clinic in Bayelsa.

Her alleged abductor is still reportedly standing trial as he continues to maintain innocence in the case, claiming that himself and Ese had eloped together as lovers.
