Police arrest robbery gang leader
The suspect, who confessed to being the leader of a robbery gang, also mentioned that he has made a sustainable living from his evil trade.

According to Punch, Adewale confessed to being the leader of a robbery gang, stating that he made quite a fortune from thefts.
He said, “I was arrested after several armed robbery incidents. I have confessed to the crimes and given the police the names of my colleagues.”
“I was lured into robbery by friends and I made money from it. From the money I made, I bought a Toyota RAV 4 in Cotonou for N2.2m in December 2015.”

Leye Oyebade, the Oyo State Police Commissioner, said his command is on a look-out for other members of his gang.
Oyebade said the crime lord was arrested along the Idi-Ape/Iwo Road, in Oyo State.
